Godmothers presents “The Toast of the Town,” starring Toast. He knows everybody, and everybody knows him. He pops up wherever help is needed—shoveling sidewalks, welcoming newcomers, checking in on neighbors—just because.

Can one ordinary piece of toast transform an entire community? And can helping others turn out to be the best thing since sliced bread?
