Drawing from her new book “Embodying the Goddess: How to Awaken Curiosity and Reverence on the Spiritual Path,” Cynthia Abulafia leads a contemplative workshop that returns the divine feminine to where she has always lived—in the body, in the breath, and in the experience of the listened life. Rooted in the lineages of non-dual Tantra and shaped by Cynthia's decades as a yoga therapist and teacher, this is a felt encounter with curiosity and reverence as a practice of the divine feminine.

The workshop unfolds in four parts:

a guided tantric meditation to settle into the body and the present moment

a reading of a mystical text from a Goddess tradition

reflective writing, with prompts drawn from the book

an intimate circle of sharing
